Royal Canin are the producers of a nutritious range of dog and cat food. To increase sales on their 20kg Vet’s Choice bag, they decided on offering a discount on each bag purchased. The company approached Pyrotec PackMedia to devise an on-pack promotional device that would communicate the offer to consumers.
Pyrotec PackMedia’s solution was an instantly redeemable device: customers who purchased a 20kg bag of Vet’s Choice could immediately benefit from an R80 discount voucher with each purchase.
The wing label recommended by Pyrotec PackMadia was the most effective device to do this. The simple construction allowed for concise inclusion of information, terms and conditions for both consumer and retailer as well as an easy tear-off section to be presented at the till.
