Together with their creative partner, Fountainhead Design, they approached Pyrotec to assist them with executing their exciting “SCRATCH & WIN” on-pack promotion. Pyrotec PackMedia’s expert recommendation was to utilise the Protag Neck Tags.
As a result, twenty thousand Protags were placed on their Lookout Red range of wines. This device increased product visibility on shelf and raised awareness of the brand in specific outlets. Consumer participation was incentivised with the promise of instant gratification through the “SCRATCH & WIN” message on the tags.
Up for grabs in the promotion was an instant share of R15 000 cash. The consumer had to scratch to reveal their prize and call a number listed on the Protag to redeem their prize.
